精神病院的氛围便是一种无声的残酷刑罚，导演在这上面花了一些笔墨，似乎在问，这真的是适合治疗患者的地方吗？患者们也确实饱受所谓的治疗折磨甚至病情恶化。程序几近鸡肋，哪个法官敢推翻医生诊断？放出去出事怎么办，医生也只能延长治疗。而对于企图自杀的病人，zf是否有权强迫他们过上更好的生活？
